A: There are no live actors in the room.

A: No, all minors must be accompanied by an adult. No exceptions.

A: Children 6 and below are welcome for free though the loud noises and lights might be scary for the little ones. The minimum number of tickets remains 2.

A: Refunds are available if your booking is more than 48 hours away. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Q: What if I'm late?
A: We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled time. If you arrive late, you will have less time to complete the room. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will not be allowed to enter the room and no refunds will be given.

A: No, we ask that you leave your phone in your car or with us. We will provide you with a locker to store your belongings.
